I just bought the Project Management templates and had a question with regards the excel Project Management Dashboard 1 template.
The whole project schedule that I need to create a dashboard for has over 3,000 tasks. I thus need to show as many as 30 activities (these are all high-level), around 15 milestones and top 10 Issues. We don’t use Agile so don’t have “Burndown” info.
I’m not an expert at excel.
Could you help me with proper instructions on what exact steps I need to take to:
1. Increase the 5 ongoing activities in your template to 30,
2. Increase the 12 Milestones in your template to 15,
3. Increase the top 5 issues in your template to top 10 issues, and
4. Altogether remove the Burndown Chart from the status dashboard.
I tried to add the Activities and Milestones by adding rows/cells into the “Data” Spreadsheet, but the same didn’t reflect at all on the “Project Status Dashboard” and in fact froze my computer.
