I am new to this forum with a hope to get an answer to my question.
1. I am managing CV's in the excel sheet. I fill in the details of the person along with their CV(as a hyperlink)& Email Id's . So when a requirement comes I do filter and find the right candidate. Now I need to send email to the people in this filtered result at one go(all their id's should automatically come in the Bcc upon a button click). Is it possible? Then how? kindly help..................When I click the hyperlink, it works for 2 days and then it says cannot open the specified file.....this is creating a big headache......
2. I also need another help which is Upon meeting certain criteria, an automatic mail alert should get generated. Like, if a person's certificate expires on 10/07/2012, then I should get an email on the 08/07/2012 as a reminder....is it possible with excel.....
