HELP: PIvot chart to conisder missing dates value as zero

How to consider missing dates in a month x-axis time and consider its value as zero.

Pl refer the attached sheet.

Here is two views.. by changing Text & Date for axis..



Can you please upload the RAW file.. I tried to UnPivot the data.. but.. after un-Pivot(Double Click of Total Cell)
Then according to that Issued Raised Date.. I cant even GRUPED them by Month.. (in re-created Pivot Table)

There may be some field as TEXT.. if a single cell is TEXT on that column.. Pivot will assume total row as TEXT , not DATE.. and Date Axis will not work..
