help on repet formula

Hi,

i need formula for repet
if mail id repeted after 24 hours againts (Startdate - Enddate) sample data enclosed.

Not clear. Attached has list of emails with repeats, could you manually mark those which should be marked as repeats and explain how and why?

See attached. 3 disagreements where I think you have indicated Repet wrongly (time less than 24 hours) highlighted in red.
Two formulae for you to play with in cell E2:
=IF(SUMPRODUCT((C1:C$2<(C2-1))*(B1:B$2=B2))>0,"Repet",1)

or:
=IF(COUNTIFS(B1:B$2,B2,C1:C$2,"<" & (C2-1))>0,"Repet",1)

Be sure to test that they give you the answer you ex
pect.
