Help on comments list

- Is there a way that I can create a list of comments from various excel sheets on one summary sheet where there is a cell reference that is clickable that can hyperlink.
- I am also looking to check if it is possible to get a list of all changes made on a sharepoint excel document with the names of the persons that made these changes, is this possible.

Your 'comments' are 'changes'.
