Help needed with conditional drop down lists

Hi!
I'm trying to make it easy for non-techies to list the players for a pool match. I have a cell that drops down for the user to select the team name. My problem is once the team name is selected, I'd like to then have a drop down where the user can pick three players to play and insert their names into the lineup. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thanks so much Bosco! It worked for the first player, but I need to study your formula to better understand it. It didn't work for the rest of the lineup. What I'm going for is the ability to have a dropdown for each time and then select the players for each team in the particular order they'll play on a given evening. We don't always play the same people in the same positions. I really appreciate your suggestion!
