help needed for making a utility

Friends,

I here with attached a my work file. till today i am create file manually ( too much complicated to copy paste ) but now its a headache for me to do it manually can any one suggest me the easy way to update file with minimum efforts

In file there is two sheet one sheet ( fao_participany_oi )& another one sheet1
in sheet1 daily update the data from my source then after i have to copy paste it to fa0_participant_oi in main sheet there is 12 formula..

i want to minimize my process of copy paste ... is it possiable to makeout a utility with pivot or any other way

Not the way you're wanting. The PivotTable needs all the data already put together. So, you could certainly create a PivotTable from the master sheet after running the macro, but the PivotTable can't add in the new data from a separate sheet automatically.
