Greetings from Manila, Philippines.

Its great to be here. I have created a file that automates from excel to power point, however I am getting various error messages. Hope you can help me. I'm currently using office 2013 version. The Goal is to provide all the information in the excel file to a power point presentation.

Here's my initial codes:

Dim rng As Range
Dim PowerPointApp As Object
Dim myPresentation As Object
Dim mySlide As Object
Dim myShapes As Object

Hoping for your help. Currently, the file should have 51 slides.

Thank you.

Earl M.

Your question is too broad. You can do parts. e.g. All charts to one slide each in landscape mode fully stretched to fill slide into a new PPTX. Text parts are more challenging.

A simple example Excel file and manually created PowerPoint file attached might help us help you better. The top right of a reply or top left 2nd row shows 2 ways to attach files.

You can paste code between code tags. The bottom left 2nd row icon <> adds the tags quickly.

Attach the Excel file example and a Powerpoint example file that shows what it should look like. You can trim down the files for say 2 or 3 slides worth of output.

Hi, Kenneth.

I appreciate your immediate response.

The file is worth 3.5 MB which is not allowing to be uploaded.

Do you have any idea how can I upload the file?

Thanks.

Trim your example file(s) down to reflect your needs. Just make sure that they represent what you have.

e.g. Chart1 to Chart50 on sheet1. Copy just 3 charts to a new workbook's sheet1 and rename charts to same as in big copy. Then you could manually copy/paste the 3 charts to 3 slides in the simple PowerPoint example file with portrait or landscape mode set too.

e.g.2 One chart is on Sheets 1 to 50. Copy 3 sheets to a new workbook. Then you could manually copy/paste the 3 charts to 3 slides in the simple PowerPoint example file with portrait or landscape mode set too.

By doing quick example files, file sizes are cut and the concept for what you need is clear. The idea is to provide a flexible solution so that you are not limited should you add or delete slide content from the Excel file.
