Help Making a Dynamic Product Selection Tool

I have a table of information with various product specifications. I want a sales representative to be able to answer some specific questions or ranges of specifications. As the questions are answered a final choice of product selection(s) is created. Not even sure what this is called? Similar to a dynamic chart. Unfortunately, I cannot share the data but I liken it to pick a car on a series of specifications: engine, color, interior, etc.
