help in linking word document with excel

Hi All,

i am teacher, i want to create worksheet for my students as per their learning speed and stage. I have topics in excel and the question in word doc. How can i link both the document so that if i choose my options in excel so that i get those topic question from question bank in a worksheet. sample file attached below.

So if i choose knowledge, exponent and power and L1 in excel i get a worksheet in word doc from my question bank.

Why You won't use 'only' Excel-file to do those?
You should have more samples and more visual layout

i am not able to do this in excel because in question bank there are many pictorial questions also which i find difficult to do in excel. Second there are varieties of questions in which are difficult to incorporate in excel so i basically created a google spreadsheet where teachers from different class can put reference number of question that which question number fall in which category and can there be way that we put a formula or something so that if i run that formula or program my question bank which is linked to sheet can generate a word doc of those kind questions in a work sheet. For eg if in class 7 sheet if i choose classification as Knowledge Chapter as exponents and power and category as L1 all the question belonging to that category from question bank come in a word doc. Like if you see in tab class 7 i have chose three different parameters so can i get questions selected in a word doc showing only those questions from my question bank like my sample report file.

I won't mix Excel with Word nor with Google spreadsheet!
For me, these are not '...put a formula or something so ...'!
... then this could be for someone else!
