Help in if condition Formula

Hi Team,

we have date with Time in A & B Coloums result in C Coloum A-B in C
if Day <=24 should updated "Y" or "N" enclosed sample data for reference

Please help on same

Don't get dragged away with too many of formulas. Use simple terms and values which will simplify the excel and help others to learn too. Solution was simple. Attached.
