Help in creating two mathematically dependent drop down lists for conversion purpose

I want to create two drop down lists consist of Linear mA, Linear %, SQR mA & Linear Out Put.
These two lists are mathematically dependent to each other for conversion purpose, mathematical formulas for list items are given on convertor sheet in attached .xls file. Pls. guide me in this regard. Thanks
