Help in Combining 2 Workbooks to 1

I am currently researching in Chandoo if there's a faster way to combine workbooks without the formulas linking to the old one. I'm seeing some paid apps for merging. One I saw is named KUTOOL that has an Enterprise option to merge the worksheets including the formulas.

I have to copy 1 workbook containing 2 sheets to 15 other workbooks but the formula stops working every time. Any inputs is greatly appreciated.
