Help for long task in short task

Sir,

I have some excel data file and i have face some problem i open one by one file and copy paste in email id in enter attendence coloumn, then update check status column and copy this coloumn and paste it date wise in value format so this is very long task for me, first open one by one file and then copy email id, and paste in enter attendence column then again copy update column then paste date wise so any solution for this long term task in a single way.

Where is 'so long task'?
1) Do all those 'smaller file' has same layout?
2) Do You copy all Emails or one (C-column) to 'personal.xlsx'?
... below the last 'Enter Attendance' or where?
3) What do You 'fill' to 'Check Status'-column?
... You 'update' something ... Present/Absent or what?
4) Do You something only with E & F-column?

... needs more clear rules
and
Do You meant that You want to get something without VBA?
