Help for Google Sheet - How to show Cell value/Text in another cell like hyperlink or pop-up

Hi Experts I need help in google sheet.
I had once sheet where i used =IMPORTRANGE function to bring few records.
In column A I have client ID
In column Y we have client profile (TEXT about client)

if i keep the mouse over client id we need to show the client profile.
ex: if we keep the mouse on cell A2 OUT PUT as to show Y2 information on screen

can be pop-up or notes/comment

Please do the needful
