Grouping data by percentages

Good evening guys, i am trying to group the data by percentages , however excel doesn't allow me to group the values column . Please help. Attached the file below with the ideal output.

not it is not based from the sample data. Its just a mockup sir.

as You're asking about grouping data then this is grouping.
... but I can guess that You would mean something else or how?

Let me rephrase the data, given in Column A -B is the raw data and its need to be grouped into two columns as per below (Assuming there are 30 days of raw data)

(Count of days ) (% Change)
(10) >>>>>>>> 1-5%
( 5 ) >>>>>>>> 5-10%
( 5) >>>>>>>> 10 - 15%
(10) >>>>>>>> 15- 20%

Do You really need eg 5% to count two times?
You could modify this as You like...
