Basically i want to screen 100 members /day and the rest above hundred should be assigned to the next day. how i can do this???

I want to screen 100 members/day and assign 34+91 = 125 to Day 01 and the excess 25 and 75 should be grouped to day 02 in the same serial how can i do this?? please help
