Grand Totals on Pivot Tables

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting the % figure in the grand total row of my pivot table to say the same as in the data table above (see attached). The data table says 81% but the pivot table says 937%. All other rows are the same.

Hopefully this is something simple.

From your Pivot Table:
select the Grand Total " cell in the "Percentage conformant" column
Select Pivot Table Tools - Options - Fields, Items..- Calculated Field
Give it a name
enter ='REQS MET'/ 'REQS IN SECTION' in the formula field ( by clicking on each field)
click "add"
remove the "percentage conformant" field from your PT
Format the newly created column as percentage or whatever
