I am doing a simple summary of survey data using Pivot Table. The Pivot Table contains all the data I need to make comparisons of say Eastern, Western, North, South and Grand Total.
When I create the Pivot Chart, the Grand Total column does not appear, but I want to able to compare Eastern vs Grand Total. Copying this to a normal table and creating a chart does not fulfill requirement as you cannot interact with a normal chart.
My understanding is that I need to use 'calculated field' to create the Total/Average so that it can be used in the Pivot Chart, but I have not been able to figure out how.
The sample worksheet contains survey data(subset) - the 2nd worksheet contains the pivot table and chart and you will see that Overall is not accessible. The 3rd worksheet has been manually created; it has the proper chart, but you cannot interact with it because it is not a pivot chart.
