Hi
I am seeking to create a chart that looks at actual pay vs market pay by grade.
I am looking to show the median market pay, together with the actual pay but when you have 500 plus jobs at different job grade levels, and you want to show the amount of salaries above and below each grade as compared against the median pay and in my case I don't know the minimum or maximum pay rate as in the real data this was provided.
Would this best best reflected by grouping the actual salaries together in a scatter graph with a line used to reflect the median pay at each grade.
I have attached a dummy data example data set.
Theres a chart on the dummy data set but its not reflecting the way I wish to show the data.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
The dummy employee data used here, is also something not relevant to what I wish to achieve.
Thanks
