Can I do the task without helper columns?

Why can't I upload any file on the forum?! Have you got any idea?
 
Some quick guidelines:
Not all file types are supported. You can upload .xlsx, .xlsm, .png, .jpg, .zip (probably others, those are ones I know for sure).
There is also a file size limit. Largest I've seen is 2 MB, so may need to reduce file size.

You can paste a screenshot/picture directly in the reply box as a last resort.
 
Users can upload files, it normally comes down to the user not quite knowing what to do, if they explain their problem a bit more then we could help.

Check this in O4:
=INDEX(C3:C21,MATCH(L4&M4,INDEX(B3:B21&Subjects,,),0))

and this in Q4:
=INDEX($E$3:$I$21,MATCH(L4&M4,INDEX(B3:B21&Subjects,,),0),MATCH(O4,Price,0))
Wrap it with IFERROR if required.

or with sumproduct:
=SUMPRODUCT((E3:I21)*(B3:B21=L4)*(Price=O4)*(Subjects=M4))

I have a similar query. However, the solution here is not working for me.
I need to print value for a month (Mar-15) from an array of data (10 yrs month wise) if the months in my column and row match.
Sample file attached.
Please support.

As for the video .. It is recorded by SCREEN2EXE and the exe file is the video output

It's issue for those who have incompatibility between browser/os vs Forum website.

You may check the same in IE with compatibility mode.

However, As already said that One can always inbox the attachment to me for uploading at the post. imdkbj at outlook dot com [Don't forget to mention the post url].

As for the browser I am using Firsefox 43.0.1 and Windows 10 64 Bit ..
I found a trick to paste my file's name in the file name field
This is for test purpose
