Getting records that are 90 days or older

I have a worksheet which contains names, location, training courses assigned (by course name and date assigned), and completed (date)/incomplete (blank) items. I am interested in seeing only the courses that have not been completed. After Filtering this data and getting only the incomplete items, I am interested in seeing which of these items are older than 90 days. Is there a formula that would give me the results I am looking for?
