Getting CPT codes to one column

Hello, Team.
I've attached a file and want to get CPT codes to one column, as seen in the Excel. Could you please provide me with a solution?

In the attached at cell D7, a table (Power Query query), which converts the table at A1. Change the data in the table at cell A1 then refresh the table at D7 (as you would a Pivot Table) to update it.
