Get login time

I want to get the output in Output sheet.
I want to know his 1st login time and match it as per the shift time.
Created an example file, attached.
I have given 2 examples and any one will do.

Hi, I was trying to figure out what would be the resolution for this and I found it.
Used index, match and got the first login time.
Now I need help with some basic things.
Attaching file with comments to get help.

What is the source of your Data - is is coming from an external system or program? If so, how are you linking to it?

We have Cisco tool, I open the tool via a intranet site
After that I get an option to download file.
File is downloaded and I paste it in new workbook.
