I'm trying to create a gantt chart for activities undertaken by different people over a set timescale with each person on a row. The data I have is start day, end day and the person's name. The actual data I am working on has many more dates and a few more people than on the posted spreadsheet
While I can work out the start and end dates (using sumproduct) and the duration I cannot create a grid where the cells between the start and end dates are filled with characters/numbers different from those outside the start end dates that could be conditionally formated to produce something that looks like a Gantt with each person plotted on one row
Any ideas?
