Hello,

Greeting for the day:)

This is my first post to Chandoo.org. Please help me in one of the major problem that I am facing now a days. I have a project "ABC" in which I have some line items in it and line items will always be increased. I have to show it in a decent manner with Gantt chart so that its value will not lost.

First line in the project will always be the planned one and the second line is actual dates when its been completed. So in this the actual and planned dates will be compared and then on top of it I have to create gantt chart. I am attaching a file in which I am mentioning the output and the sample data.

Kindly help me, I have tried in whatever way I know.

Hello,

Yes it is perfect.. Thank you so much.

I have tried a lot but on the Axis values are not coming correct. Can you please explain me that the Month and year are coming correctly in a pattern like Jan-17, Feb-17, Mar-17.... so on. When I was trying Jan-17 coming twice and so on.

Kindly explain me so that I can do it by myself as well.

Thank you so much... You are Genious :)

about Month & Year ...
Actually those visible 'month-year' are no as correct as You might think see!
As long as number of days vary (28..31) with months
I use 31 'day' step and then it 'looks good' with sort periods.
If really need to see always 'correct length' of months ...
this would do another way, like (here daily values):Screen Shot 2017-04-03 at 10.53.09.png
