Hello,
I am new here and I am an Excel newbie as well so please be patient with me if I'm asking extremely common-sense questions.
First off, here is my spread sheet link: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0By7q6ABUBAoWQ2NabVpwd2FReHlpb1RUN1cyRmNIdw
I found this excellent gantt chart template on Chandoo and it's perfect for documenting my projects for the year 2012. However, the formula used for the conditional formatting is far too complex from what I am used to and I can't figure out how to extend it to the cells in Week 33-51 (as I added those). Can someone pls help me?
Also, this template needs to be even more complicated to meet my needs..
Under each specific activity, ie - #4 (Update Website & Bio) - there are approx 10 additional tasks corresponding to that activity which I want to track based on completed or not completed with a simple check mark, or other mark. Is there a way that these tasks can be listed "underneath" each activity? I'd rather not use more conditional formating within each activity as it'll be too complex. I hope this is clear?
Please let me know if anyone can help me with this!
Kindest Regards
Tamara.
