Good day hoomantt

Because nobody but you knows what you want there is not much we can do. The list that you have put is just that a list, we do not know what you want against the requirements in the list.

Edwardian Script/Pink/12/Bold/Italic/Double underline/Retrospect/Blue/18/50/Middle/and every thing else can be any thing else/........But any one who sets up a worksheet with this lot needs to see an Optometrists

Why do you not open a new work book and following the list that you have written down with the end results against the list and run the macro recorder. Just do every thing you want and then stop the recorder, open a new sheet and run the macro to check the code, open up the macro and look at the code.

If you still need further help then post your work book, http://chandoo.org/forums/topic/posting-a-sample-workbook. Or post your code here with an explanation of what you need.

Hi, hoomantt!

My two cents: why don't you try using the built-in macro recording feature (worksheet icon next to the Ready message at bottom left of the Excel screen) and then check what code you obtained automatically generated? Record a macro for each operation in your list so as to don't get confused mixing snippets (pieces of code). I think it'd be the best way to get your hands dirty on VBA.

Regards!

Hi, hoomantt!

If you've tried recording macros and you're fine with that, welcome aboard. Of course always advise if further help needed.
