FTE Utlisation With Excel

Hello Everyone.

Iam trying to develop a simple dashboard on FTE utilization with graph ...But looking for expert suggestions/Solution for the attached file.

Please find attached for report with data and with requirements.

1) 8hrs - there are many duplicates, check 'Data'-sheet
2) You would have some kind of idea too.

Data really doesn't make sense to me and got couple of questions...
1. Are there no breaks/lunches taken by employee?
2. Maximum allowed hours worked in a day? (usually 13 hours)

Basically, you'd need to outline to us, what assumptions and business rules should be applied to the data.

Also as vletm mentioned... there are bunch of duplicate, with only difference being S.no and Start/End time. Surely, one employee can't appear more than once on a same workday, process with overlapping time?

Personally, I'd use PQ & PP for this sort of reporting, if you have access to it.

1) No break are considering in this activity.
2. Maximum allowed hours worked in a day? (usually 13 hours)
1 ) Total working hours are only 8 hr.

Each employee working with different process as shown in attached excel in dashboard tab.

and all those ends between 05:10AM - 05:40AM next day - okay or not?
means four 'task' in almost same time - okay or not?
How many hours do You get? 8hrs or 13hrs or more ?
> and if those would like to daily ... then those four needs to share in two parts;
for 04/7 and 05/07 - okay or not?
