Hi

Two Exercises in attach file
For Exercise 1 Create a Pivot Table to show tenure wise attrition (Less than a month, between 1 month to 6 months, between 6 months to 12 months, Between 12 Months to 24 Months,


For Exercise 2

1 Calculate Productivity, Quality, Attendance, Initiatives, Client Escalation score for each individual
2 Identify 3 top performers in the team
3 Identify bottom performers in the team - Total Score less than 60
4 Minimum score for the month can be zero and not negative

Please tell me

Just to know if we're going to help someone cheating at school/university.

I am not in school/university I m doing job in test I have this question and I am not able to do this that's why I post here to know more
