From Excell to Webpage with Customer access and upload

Hello all,
I am new and I would like some information, if possible. I have checked several apps but nothing suits my need.
I do have an excel showing several items, prices, ect.
I would like to have the sheet in web format, so that the client can check filtered items and, on need, sum up them.
If possible, since I have several of these sheets, I would like to have all-in-one, but with specific-customer access.
I would also like to create a sheet blank pages, in which each customer can upload files.
Is that something doable with Excell or I really need an app developer? Let's say that it is more like a platform what I need, but the platform I checked, even paid ones, do not suit my needs.
Any tips and or suggestion?
Please note, I am NOT an APP develpor nor Excell developer.

Hello, maybe with Excel Online and its new Script language which has nothing to do with VBA …​

What do you mean by "new Script language"? New features?

No as written new coding language so totally different than VBA like you can check on Web …​
