Freeze Particular column and rows

Hi all,


is there any option in excel where i can freeze my selected rows and column which can not move or delete or edit?

There are several ways to do this


1) Select the cells, columns or rows you want to be able to TYPE data into.

2) Format / Cells / protection tab

3) Remove the tick from 'locked'

4) Tools / protection / protect sheet and apply protection

You will find that you can only type data in the cells that you selected and then removed the 'locked' tick from.


As for freezing rows and columns you can not freeze any that are in the middle of a work sheet. The following link has a video which should be of help
