Need a formula. 2 columns are there Tier, BU. B unit need to be alloted like this:


Tier 10, 15: Africa
TH-MLP: Thailnd
IE-MLP: Ireland
FF-MLP: Frankfurt:
AS-MLP: IB=APAC
EU-MLP: IB-EME
Under AM-MLP:

Tier 0: MLT
Tier 5: BWT
Tier 2,3,4, >90: WIMA
Rest: IB-USA

Why don't you add the results you expect for a few rows and the format you'd like to see - I think it will get you a more accurate response

Take a Look at this - as usual with Excel there's a myriad different ways to arrive at the answer .... I created a two way lookup table FWIW
