Formula viewer is missing

While typing any formula in excel, we get the suggestion e.g. logical test, etc. In my excel, when I am typing the formula, the formula viewer is not appearing.

They're called function ScreenTips
To turn on the function ScreenTips function, in Excel Options, click Advanced, in the Display area, tick the Show function ScreenTips check box.
