Formula to ignore repeating order qty

Hi Guys


appreciate in advance

Below report is repeating Qty Ordered in all lines. We can ship only in 32 quantities (one pallet), If customer have ordered more than 32 than we still have to ship the in qty of 32 but in multiple deliveries, If i pivot based on Purchase order (Column I) than i get the total QTY invoiced but then also get 880 in qty ordered (column L) instead of 160.

i have more examples like that

if here any formula that can ignore all repeating Qty orders in same Purchase order and gives only 160, than i will pivot it

please note : rows will not be in order as below example

I am not completely sure in what you are looking for. I would guess an average if will do the trick.

but like you aid, its not sorted

We have lots of part numbers ordered in one Purchase order so its not sorted

it worksonly when its sorted, if there i sdifferent purchase order in between tha i gives incorrect data for tht unique purchase order
We have to consider Part number as well, if same part numbr have similar quantity in same purchase order than give me only one value

I did not understand what you have said. Does a purchase order will have multiple order quantity? I have constructed the formula assuming that the purchase order numbers will be unique. If there are multiple scenarios in your data upload a file with all the scenarios and clearly mention the output you are expecting.
