Formula to find overlapping week of new month in previous month

Hi All- If someone can help me with excel formula to identify below ask:

for Ex: In oct month we have 5 weeks, where 1st week is starting from 30th of Sep.

I would like to find out how many working days of Nov falls in oct last week..similarly for entire year, would like to know if any of new months start date falls in last week of previous month.

Nov1st starts from 28th Oct Week..I should be able to find out how many working days of new months are falling in previous months last week if any.
 
As per forum rules, care to upload a sample file with enough representative data please. And some manual examples of what is the expected result. So we understand your query correctly.
It is doable.

Looking for a different formula as this was required for forecasting number of days and distributing the number of days..I will put it across exact requirement how I want the formula to be working.
