Formula to extract dates

I have got junk dates from external source. Unable to convert that in to date. any formulas?

Have attached the sample file

select the column
then goto
Data
text to columns
go through each stage and then look for the option for date
change to M/D/Y
and should change to dates, based on your default system settings

you will see as they are text - they are left justified and then afterwards - they will be a number right justified

Select Range - Data Text to columns - Next - Next - Set date format to MDY - Finish

Which version of Excel do you have?

Perhaps see the DATEVALUE function after making your range an Excel Table?
