Formula to disaggregate 365 daily values into 8760 hourlies

Hi everyone
Can you help with this? See sample file attached. I have daily figures over a year. I simply want to break them into hourly (simple average) so I end up with 8760 hourly averages dis-aggregated from the dailies. I could do it manually but I'm guessing there is a smart way. I just cant think of it.
