Formula to convert into total number of weeks and days

Hi,

I have below table and i want a formula to calculate and convert into total number of weeks and days. in the below table if patient number is the same then use screening date as a start date and i want to calculate total number of days and weeks for each visit of that patient. i have provided sample number of weeks and days in column D. Can anyone help me with the formula i can use to quickly review the data. I really appreciate your help.

thanks os much for providing the formula. My apologies for the late response.

however, when i type the same formula in the spread sheet it is throwing an errors. I will look into that again.

Hi,

My guess:
Have you pressed just Enter or Ctrl+Shift+Enter ?
Formula given by Sir Narayan in Column E is an Array formula, whenever you edit or type you need to press Ctrl+Shift+Enter (not just enter)
