Formula to change keystrokes to mouse click

I am creating a time sheet for my employees through excel. My employees do not have access to a keyboard, only a monitor and a mouse. Is there a formula I can use to replace the "control ;" and "control, shift :" date and time stamp with mouse clicks?

I'd recommend just setting up a couple of buttons with short macros, like:
Code:
Sub InsertTime()
ActiveCell.Value = (Now - Date) 'Give just time portion
End Sub

Sub InsertDate()
ActiveCell.Value = Date
End Sub
Then they can click on those buttons.

What did you do exactly? An error would come if you were making a formula. What you described, and the macro I made, are just to change a cell value.

Apparently I'm not understanding you. I'm not a pro and am creating this from scratch almost. I have all I need but I'm at a quandry because I only have a mouse for my workers. I guess I didn't know there was a difference between a formula and a macro. Pretend you are instructing a novice please?
