What do you mean? In the attachment is a list oif dates - what do you want to do EXACTLY?

Maybe in B2 copied down:

=A2<TODAY()
 
or... =OFFSET(A1,1,,COUNTIF($A$2:$A$39,"<"&TODAY())) returns an array of the days before today.
or with a simple Conditional Formatting.
