Formula rolling month

Hello,

I created a formula to make a 12 month rollling calendar which show the month and year as "mmm yy" style (ie Dec 14, Jan 15, etc)

However when I send the file to my colleagues which use excel in a different language than mine (I have english excel), the formula doesn't work and shows only "mmm yy" not "Dec 14", "Jan 14"...

It seems the issue is with the "mmm yy" in my formula.

Question: what other formula is it possible to use without refering to the "mmm yy" could give me the same answer?
