Formula required to distribute target in excel sheet. Please help .

I have got a excel sheet in which last month East and West l achievement is given code wise for an Area,

The total achievement for East last month was 8259 and for West 1814.

Now I have been given a target of 10000 for East and for West 1500. What formula I have to use in excel so that the target gets divided according to code wise for East and West. So that the total target for the East comes as 10000 and for West 1500.

I want these the target value is for East and west is distributed among east and west and grand total for east target should show for East 10000 and for West 1500. Please help me.
 
I doubt you have to explain more : what do you mean by distributed? Let us say target for east is 10000. Where do you want to distribute this?

2. What role does 8259 plays here?

8259 was last month total achievement done by A,B,C,D,E,F . If you add the values given in East column you will see the total comes to 8259 which was last month achievement. Now this month target for East is 10000 . So I have distribute this 10000 amount among A,B,C,D,E,F. Please help me.
