Hello Friends,

I have an excel doc where i have survey data of few users related to project metrics. Further the metrics are rated as per project type (we have 4 types of projects).

What i need: I need my excel table to show data related to a specific metric & its respective project type when i select a project type from a drop down list. I have attached an excel sheet for your kind perusal & help.

Drop down has been made into a named range "TypePRJ".

For D9: = =CHOOSE(MATCH($E$5,TypePRJ,0),M9,U9,AC9,AK9,AS9)

Copy and paste special formula to other cells.

If you change the layout of your data, formula will become easy.

Hi Khalid,

I was just working on dashboard and was playing with CHOOSE, when I saw the post.

Normally, I'd suggest your method as data organized into table is much easier to work with.
