Formula for these DATA ANALYSIS

Dear Sir, I am working on this data analysis but i have used other formulas that dont give me the precise information i need. I dont want the results to have duplicates please. I want a data whereby information based on criteria will be transferred to other sheets, I want formulas to reflect from the master sheet to the sheets where applicable. I want a data whereby the input in the master data will automatically fill all the other sheets attached to the workbook. Please have a look at the File attached.
I have used index and matching, and if formulas but i still dont get the results I need.

Dear Sir, I have deleted the data because 5he formulas didn't get me the results. As you can see, the data has numerous sheets, and the index formulas did not work like I wanted. How could I have removed duplicates based on formula and so on? I believe Power Query too could be used which I'm not so good at, and maybe pivot tables. As to the formula, I deleted them. Please click yes about the source of the workbook, it's mine please. Thank you.
