Formula for Special Scenario

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to do the following task with the help of formula but struck badly.
Task: I have a 2 TABLES - Table A and its corresponding dashboard works fine.
Table B Dashboard Cell - E20 doesn't work and shows N/A.
i want to write a formula to first scan Column C of table B and find the last filled cell and next it should scan the cell adjacent to last filled cell in Column C of Table B and fill it in the Cell E20.
I have achieved the same for Table A and its corresponding Dashboard but the formula fails for Table B. Please guide me.

Try,

1] F5,

=LOOKUP(9^9,C$4:C$15)

2] E5,

=LOOKUP(9^9,C$4:C$15,B$4:B$15)

3] F21,

=LOOKUP(9^9,C$20:C$23)

4] E21,
=LOOKUP(9^9,C$20:C$23,B$20:B$23)
