formula for calendar half year data convert in financial year data

January to June period
July to December period

calender halfyear basis salary of last 5 years.

can we change the data according to the Indian financial year ( 1st April to March 31 )with any idea/formula sir.
(we are guide as per colours sir )

its possible sir to data arrange as per financial year ??
