formula assistance

I have an excel sheet with the Formula in cell E7 =(2.59+F7)/1.59.
If I have not entered an value in cell F7 the Formula returns a value in Cell E7 of 1.6
What can I add to Formula that I have in cell E7 to return no value till I have entered a value in cell F7?

one sample ... =IF(F7<>"",(2.59+F7)/1.59,"no value")
