I'm trying to format a data table and have been able to put it together by pulling bits and pieces from "Record Macro" function. However I am trying to find a way to format the average & total rows in a RGB (217,217,217) color and Bold. The rows could change every month so I'm not sure how to write in a formula to format particular items that could be in various locations month to month. I copied something from a worksheet that works in a similar capacity but it de-bugs every time. Assistance would be appreciated along with any explanation so i can better understand it.

If there is any way to clean up my work as well I'd love input on how to not have to write so many statements.

Hi,
Your Ilast statement help removed the error I was getting. Can I just duplicate that work and change "*Total" to "*Average" and get my average column formatted as well?
