Formatting problem in Pivot table for printing when data get refreshed

I have a lot of reports which I have to prepare in Pivot table and there by print it.The problem goes with the format as well as width of the column. Each and every column has its own format and width. For one time,I can do everything and get the result. But when the data is added and refreshed in the pivot table, each and every column format gets changes. How to copy the format as well as width of column so that on next time when I refresh the data the format and with of the column problem I can paste and also the method of how to paste it.

Suppose in one column I do have a dd-mm-hh-mm (after modification in Pivot table) and in another column I have text ,3rd column I have value of one digit, etc and so on. The whole things gets changes on refreshing. Also,I cannot state that there is no specific rows in Pivot table everytime the data changes accordingly row data of pivot also changes.

I have also used the Pivot function from option settings by-
Untick "Autofit column widths on update"
Tick "Preserve cell formatting on update"

But Tick "Preserve cell formatting on update" does not work .As I have data in four columns in the format mentioned
24/09/2014 6:40:00 AM

I want to preserve the format always in format > 24/09 06:40 (dd/mm hh:mm)

Now when I refresh the data it again changes back to the format > 24/09/2014 6:40:00 AM which I did not want.

And again & again I have to manually change into (dd/mm hh:mm).

How to resolve this case.

With Best Rgds,
Suresh
